Connect the USB power cable between the Sidekick and USB power source.

Once the unit powers up the green Wireless light will come on. After a moment the red Ready light will come on as well indicating that the device is ready for use.
Now connect your satellite phones USB cable to the USB port on the side of the Sidekick. The green USB light should now come on if the unit recognizes the connection. (Note: your satellite phone needs be powered on at this time.)
The Sidekick will now be broadcasting a Wi-Fi signal with the SSID of Sidekick-xxx (xxx = the last 3 digits of the MAC address of the Sidekick).
On your computer or device you should now be able to connect to this Wi-Fi.
Be sure to set the connection setting of your OCENS software to point to the Sidekick device.
