A person can go to http://snap.ocens.com and then enter your screen name / username in the Name field to view your current position.
If you are following a group, just enter the Group name in the Group field instead.
You can also provide a direct link to the snap page that includes your username making it easier for people. The format you would use is https://snap.ocens.com/?uname=yourusername
or for a group you would use a link like: https://snap.ocens.com/?group=groupname
