Buoy info can be retrieved through your Bivy by sending to [email protected] either:
1) The numeric or alphanumeric code for the buoy of specific interest to you. Roughly 1200 indivdual buoys spread out over the Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific are available in the present database. Admittedly most are in the Northern Hemisphere.
2 ) Let our geo algorithm find the buoy closest to you by entering a lat/lon value in the format xx,yyy with southern and western hemispheres prefaced by a ‘-‘. Use as many significant digits after the integer as you like.
