OutBound Messages: Shows you a list of outgoing messages that are queued for sending. This allows you to remove any message if you decide you don't want to send it.
Manage Message Backlog: If there happens to a large backlog of messages from a user or group (maybe you have not checked you messages for awhile or they are very prolific 'messagers' and the quantity of messages exceeds the limit you have set they will show up here. You can then select to download the backlog or delete the backlog and just pick up the thread where it is.
Text Messaging(Chat Sessions): This opens the Chat Session window.
